“Stayed here for a convention. The location is ideal. The hotel itself is very lovely and from my understanding has been recently updated. Personally, I think the real standout is the staff and service received. I especially want to recognize Sneh from the valet staff and Marlon. Both employees went over and above to assist. Everyone we encountered has been wonderful to deal with. Thank you Sheraton for a great stay.”

“I am so happy I booked with this Sheraton. I came here as part of a birthday trip for my 8 year old son and every experience I had was an amazing one. 1st, the valet team was FAST and professional. 2nd, Stacy, Taylor, and Rasheeda at the front desk were so kind and helpful with any need I had that they made me feel like I was the only guest in the building. Next, the pool and hot tub were exactly what you would want when you visit a hotel, clean water with perfect temperatures on both, super clean facilities, plenty of stocked towels at all times, and oh yeah, the best part, INDOORS! Great gym, beautiful grounds, clean modern rooms with super comfortable beds. Also, I highly recommend their room service cheeseburger. It was $19 but I promise you by the time you finish it you'll understand why. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had at a hotel I'm not joking, GET IT you won't be sorry. It's so big it'll be 2 meals for you, which makes it worth the price. I stay in hotels a lot and this is one of the best experiences I've ever had at one. BTW $150 a night?!?! yeah I'll definitely be back!”

“OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I've never left a review for anything, but this experience was exceptional. Staff communicated, were friendly, struck up conversation, and made my family feel like we were at home. Claude (my name also) and his team are doing a great job at the front desk. The valet service is HANDS DOWN the best I've ever used. Indoor pool was a tad chilly for me, but my 4 year old LOVED being able to swim for a few minutes. Great family trip overall, and we will definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed here for a convention. Service was excellent. All staff were so friendlyly and really looked like they enjoyed their jobs. The valet, Sneh, helped us get our luggage to our room and unloaded all of it. Yessina, at the resturant, took care of us for breakfast every day we were there! Last but not least, the valet, Freddy, he was super sweet helping us load our luggage into our truck! Please make sure these employees know that their hard work does not go unnoticed! Thank you for the great stay! From the ladies in the 666 room!”

“I'm very nitpicky when it comes to hotels (see other reviews I've left in the past) but overall I believe the Sheraton downtown Ft Worth deserves a solid 4 stars. PROS: The hotel staff and service are SUPER friendly. Better than any hotel I've ever stayed at. Never had trouble trying to find someone to ask a question. The room was modern, clean and had everything you would expect in a hotel room. The shower/bathroom was great. The pool was nice and the whirlpool was amazing. CONS: Mandatory valet parking. It costs $50 a night. Partially my fault for not reading the fine print when booking, but that was a surprise when I got there. So plan on spending extra. At least the valet staff were very nice and friendly. Definitely trying to earn their tips They give you the option to park a few blocks down and walk to the hotel (who wants to do that?) or park on the street on metered parking (I didn't see an available parking spot for a couple blocks). Breakfast buffet was expensive and unimpressive. $27 per person for the same buffet food I get for free at a holiday inn. OVERALL: I would stay here again but remember I'll have to pay extra for valet and drive somewhere else to get breakfast.”

“Attending a state conference at the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel proved to be a superior experience because of an accommodating staff.A positive welcome from valets Maria and Anthony set the tone that would be followed throughout the staff. Laray and the entire convention planning staff made this a positive experience. No reasonable request was denied and a quick response to address last minute issues was notable. Nice facilities make the stay beautiful, but a caring staff makes a conference successful. Hope to visit again soon.”
